He is graduate in Mechanical Engineering at the Engineering Faculty of Federico II University in Naples. He was soon interested in problems relative to the quality and optimization of productive processes.In 1995 he got a master in “Total Quality Management” organised by the Faculty of Engineering of the Federico II University and Hallam University of Sheffield (U.K.).
He he has been co-operating with the Department of Industrial Plants. During his Phd in Mechanical Engineering, he deepens the problems connected with the TQM and the simulation as an instrument for the improvement of business process. He is the author of many papers about the above problems issued in international meeting and magazines.
In 1999 he was entrusted with the course of the Management of Industrial Plants at the University of Cassino and where he is Researcher now. In this Faculty, he also co-operates with the courses of Management of the Quality and Industrial Plants. He is the author of the text in three volumes about industrial plants. He took part in the realisation of numerous multimedia work about security, quality environment and simulation of industrial plants as a scientific head.He takes part in many committees of project of activities connected with the European Community.
Since 2000 he has been a component of the international committee of IASTED (International Association of Science and Technology for Development). He has been co-operating with some researchers on behalf of the faculty of Engineering of Cassino University, about themes concerning simulation, quality, environment and security of Industrial Plants. He is member of the Engineering Council of Naples.
He is the head of a work group, qualified expert for the evaluation of community project relative to environmental themes. He was responsible for Optimization project of Human resources for some public administrations. He was responsible for the University Project and Luiss Management of Rome about technological innovation.
He is in charge of the formation and divulgation about the themes concerning the employment of the simulation in the Human Reliability Analysis on behalf on engineer council of naples .
He is head of placement on behalf of University of Cassino (for Mechanical Engineering course). He carried out a lot of works about application of multicriteria decision models and about the simulation for the optimization of productive process in cooperation with some important Italian companies (ABB Sace, Fiat, Alenia, Ansaldo etc.).
He is founder of the Analytic Hierarchy Proccess Academy - International Association for the promotion of methodologies decision Multicriteria (www.ahpacademy.com).
